Each program is worth 3 hours of Continuing Education Credit


Prior to September 14th:
$45.00 per member for program/ $55.00 non-member

Purchase both programs for $75.00 per member/$85.00 non-member

After September 14th:
$55.00 per member for program/$65.00 non-members.
Purchase both programs for $100.00 per member/$110.00 non-member

Due to space limitations, walk-ins may not be accepted. Your completion of registration indicates your permission to be photographed and/or recorded.

Cancellation Policy—written cancellations must be received by September 22nd to receive credit.  Cancellations the week of the event are non-refundable. No-shows will not receive a refund.
