Mark Annas with Harris County Office of Homeland Security & Emergency Management will give a presentation on Hurricane Preparedness and what you can do to be ready. While focusing on hurricanes this presentation encompasses an all-hazards approach to preparedness.

Sandy Denton, CMCA, LSM, PCAM, Chair of Texas Legislative Action Committee, will speak to us about the current legislative session and the impact the bills could have on the operations of community associations including condos, townhomes and single family communities.
