CCMC currently has a full time Community Manager position at The Hollows in Austin, TX.The Community Manager is responsible for the daily business operations and management direction of the Community Association required in the governing documents, any applicable state law and outlined in the CCMC management contract. Includes oversight service contractors and daily interaction with community residents and volunteers. The position requires the ability to multi-task on a variety of levels with the utmost of focus and professionalism. A well respected Houston based Association Management Company is seeking an On Site Community Manager. This salary position includes Benefits and opportunity for advancement. Basic Job Duties : This is a very detail oriented position that requires a great deal of organization. This position works directly with the Board of Directors of the homeowners' association to assure that all projects and aspects of community management are accomplished. Strong customer service skills are necessary. The job is very fast paced and must be performed accurately. Assist attorneys with the firm's real estate transactional and litigation practice.
